I offer creative services including, but not limited to, creative direction, photography, videography, editing, branding, content creation, and visual storytelling for brands, commercial businesses, restaurants, and individuals.

Every project is subject to a written agreement, quotation, or booking confirmation outlining the project scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and usage rights.

3. Copyright & Usage

All content displayed on this website, including images, videos, graphics, branding materials, and designs, remains the intellectual property of Shadi Khair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Clients receive usage rights only for the agreed purpose and scope outlined in the project agreement.

Raw, unedited, or source files are not included unless specifically stated.

4. Bookings & Payments

Projects and bookings are confirmed once a deposit, signed agreement, or written confirmation has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure production time, scheduling, and creative resources.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may result in project delays, paused delivery, or cancellation of services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking or project, please provide notice as early as possible.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled production date may be subject to cancellation fees.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including illness, emergencies, technical issues, or weather conditions affecting production, I reserve the right to reschedule the project or offer an alternative solution.

6. Delivery & Revisions

Final deliverables are provided digitally within the agreed project timeline.

All editing, color grading, retouching, and creative direction are delivered in my signature visual style.

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

7. Privacy

Any personal or business information shared through this website or during the course of a project will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver a professional and high-quality experience, I am not liable for unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, delays caused by third parties, or indirect losses resulting from the use of this website or my services.
